Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are generally processed on the next business day.

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare and dispatch an order and is separate from the shipping transit time.

Shipping Locations

Asian Clothing & Accessories currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Time

After an order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery generally takes 3–7 business days depending on the destination and the shipping carrier.

Delivery times may vary due to holidays, peak seasons, weather conditions, or carrier-related delays.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

When an order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email is sent to the customer. This email includes tracking information that allows customers to monitor the delivery status of the shipment.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. Asian Clothing & Accessories is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If a package appears delayed or lost, customers may contact our support team for assistance. We will review the situation and help coordinate with the shipping carrier when necessary.

Damaged Shipments

If a package arrives damaged, customers should contact our support team and provide photos of the damaged package and product. This helps us review the issue and determine appropriate next steps.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders may only be modified or canceled before they are processed for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
